Capture Import Processor Jobs Populate "<anonymous>" into Fields Configured to Auto Populate "User ID" (Doc ID 1609466.1)

Symptoms

After setting a field to Auto Populate with a Default Value Type of "User ID", the field gets populated with the value of "<anonymous>" if the batch was created by an Import Processor batch job.
