Symptoms

An application that is intensive on network I/O shows intermittent problems. Topology of the system is as follows:

Browser -> Firewall -> Load Balancer -> iPlanet -> WLS Proxy Plugin -> WLS

At the time of the error seen in the browser (which is an error displayed by customer's application after handling a raised exception), the following can be observed in the Proxy Plugin Log file:
