Unable to Manually Assign Repository INTERNAL IDs of ODI 12c Master and Work Repositories (Doc ID 1610317.1)

Goal

In ODI 12c we are no longer able to assign a specific INTERNAL ID while creating a new Master and / or Work Repository as in previous versions of ODI.

This operation was useful to avoid INTERNAL ID collision when importing objects from other ODI Repositories.

Furthermore, the feature allowing the renumbering of the Repository ID for Work repository is also missing in ODI 12c.

Is this a bug or has the feature been deprecated in ODI 12c ?
