Large JSF Page with Table not Shown Properly in Pagelet (Doc ID 1612093.1)

Symptoms

There is a large JSF page, which contains a big ADF table with data.
When the Pagelet Producer displays that, then the table is initially not seen.
The Tab key needs to be hit on the keyboard to navigate through the fields of the table and then the table gets gradually displayed.
This is seen when testing the Pagelet with the help of the REST link from Documentation part of the Pagelet.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Create a tall JSF page that contains a big ADF table with data.

2. Create a new pagelet from the JSF page

3. Test the Pagelet with the REST URL and notice that the table is not seen.

4. Start hitting Tab on your keyboard to navigate through the fields of the table and notice that the table gets gradually displayed.
