Invalid Task Type when Editing Views in BPM Worklist after Installing 11.1.1.7.1 Bundle Patch, 'ORABPEL-30088'

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.1 version, Workflow Service Engine - BPM Worklist
Two issues are seen in the BPM WorkList:
1. When editing an existing view, the Task Type becomes invalid forcing the user to select the Task Type again.
2. Tasks are accessible from Inbox but not from View defined as Shared View
User states:
"When I edit the view the Task Type is invalid, and when I select the view no task is displayed. The following error is observed:"
