Symptoms
One to one relationships marked as lazy are being triggered unnecessarily when the objects are queried via a stored procedure in a transaction and REFRESH hint (RefreshIdentityMapResult) is set to true.
As a result, additional queries are issued to the database when they are not needed which lead to performance degradation.
