Using Column Entmap On does not work as expected in SQL*Plus.

 ENTMAP ON or OFF specifies whether or not SQL*Plus replaces special characters <, >, " and & with the HTML entities &lt;, &gt;, &quot; and &amp; respectively.  In this case, the special character & was not replaced by &amp;
