Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11.1.2.1.0 with Oracle Access Management Mobile and Social (OAMMS) component enabled that's integrated with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), returns incorrect device handle to OAAMS upon login failure.

oam_server1-diagnostic.log has errors as below.
