Contribution Folders Does Not Appear Anymore Under Browse Content (Doc ID 1613876.1)

Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content 11gR1-11.1.1.7.0-idcprod1-130304T092605 (Build:7.3.4.184) on Solaris

The 'Contribution Folders' does not appear anymore under Browse Contents.  This worked fine in the past, and there are no know recent changes.

Besides Contribution Folders, there are other folders in Browse Content, but these folders are still visible :
- Library Folders
- PersonalSpaces
- WebCenter0809
- WebCenterSpaces-Root

Only Contribution Folders is missing from the Browse Content menu.

Accessing Contribution Folders through the URL (954439181765000002 is the Contribution Folders collection ID):

http://host.domain:16200/cs/idcplg?IdcService=COLLECTION_DISPLAY&hasCollectionID=true&dCollectionID=954439181765000002

is still possible, and the contents of the folder is correctly displayed.
