Symptoms

A Forms Recognition Batch does not make it to state 800.  It stops in state 750.  

The error in H_ log file during export reads as:

"PDF file 'D:\NFSODC\ipm\<File_Name>_.pdf' could not be successfully created for document 'd:\ofr\projects\voucher\batch\00000555\<File_Name>_.pdf'! Error exporting a PDF document. The target file "D:\NFSODC\ipm\<File_Name>" could not be written because the access was denied., ErrorCode: 80004005"
