How to change the get reportees function from 'manager' attribute to 'employeemanager' attribute (Doc ID 1614353.1)

Goal

Unable to login to the Worklist application and see the following error in the log:

 

SOA-Infra tries to get the reportees of the logged in user from LDAP by running a query on attribute 'manager' by default but the user was not configured with sufficient permissions to query the 'manager' attribute, consequently the Administrative Limit exceeded exception was received.
