Symptoms

Two Weblogic managed servers (MS1 & MS2) connected to MQ Serries V7.0 (Foreign JMS) .

When running following scenario:

1 - Request Weblogic to open a XA transaction
2 - Get a message from MQ
3 - Process the message
4 - Send the message to another domain to have a distributed transaction
5 - Commit the XA transaction
6 - Shutdown the box that host Weblogic MS1 (simulate a crash on this machine)The following error occurs on MS2

weblogic.deployment.jms.WrappedXAResource_com_ibm_mq_jmqi_JmqiXAResource': XAER_RMFAIL : Resource manager is unavailable on the Weblogic MS2

With the Migratable Targets hosting the JMS server enabling the "Restart On Failure" feature, when the JDBC persistent store fails, JNDI exceptions are seen:
