Symptoms
When starting the SOA server, the startup process stops or hangs and the server is not visible in the Weblogic Server Administration Console. The log files or the output in the startup window contain the exception:
In the WebLogic Server Console, the server is shown as "down" as in the following screen shot:
When viewing the soa_server in the Enterprise Manager it is shown as "down" as in the following screen shot:
