When selecting the AdminSite there are 3 icons (WEM Admin, Advanced, InSite), but when Selecting WEM Admin the user gets the message:

"You do not have permission to access this application. Please contact your system administrator."

The user has access to REST sites resources, it is a member of the RestAdmin Security Group.

WebCenter Sites is configured to use a hierarchical LDAP integration.
