Logon Manager Repeatedly Prompting For Smartcard+PIN

Logon Manager is continually prompting for Smartcard+PIN when logging into applications. When logging on to Windows with a Smartcard+PIN, and then launching an application we have enabled for use with ESSO-LM, I receive an additional authentication prompt every time the application is launched. I am expecting to login to Windows with Smartcard+PIN, launch the application, and have Logon Manager seamlessly login with no authentication prompts.
