Symptoms

When making a request to BlobServer without Content-Type and Content-Disposition headers set, the Content-Disposition gets set to attachment; filename="{filename}";filename*=UTF-8''"{filename}""

This causes the browser to prompt the user to download the blob instead of opening the blob in browser.

Changes

11.1.1.6.1 Patch 6 or higher is applied.
