BPM 10g patch fails and after that I cannot start the Admin Center

When applying the BPM hotfix, the patch application fails.

In some cases the installation is correctly rolled back, but in other cases the Admin Center becomes unresponsive and the process is killed by the Administrator.

If this case the Admin Center fails to start.
