Symptoms

Oracle Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.1.2 is newly installed.

RCU is run against a database located on a remote server.

Running RCU to create required schemas.  In Step 5 of 7 - 'Repository Creation Utility', when trying 'Managing Tablespaces', it is not possible to change Datafile file name or path.

The Installer displays the following message
