Symptoms
Tab key on login screen does not work with Java 7 after applying Patch 17448420.
Patch 16445044 was applied to Forms 11.1.1.6 using java 1.7 to address the tab key issue on the login screen. After applying Patch 17448420 to correct the manifest attribute error in java console when running Forms with 7u45_b11+, the tab key no longer functions on the login screen for forms.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Apply Patch 16445044
2. Apply Patch 17448420
3. Launch forms using the URL and using Java 7.
4. On the login screen enter user name and select the TAB key on the keyboard.
5. Cursor does not move to next field.
