The Weblogic Administration Server of an Oracle Access Manager ( OAM ) installation is configured to use a Virtual Host as documented in the Fusion Middleware Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle Identity Management.
An OAM Managed Server is deployed on the same server using the physical hostname.
The Administration Server listens on the IP address of the configured Virtual Host, but the coherence instances started by the Administation Server listen on the IP address associated with the physical host.
