When users click "Forgot your password? Click here to Reset it" link at the login screen it creates registry entries for IE browser Restrictions in the following registry path-
The browser restrictions should be removed after the user completes or terminates the Password Reset or Enrollment quiz.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the "Forgot your password? Click here to Reset it" link to start the Password Reset quiz.
2. Complete or terminate the Password Reset Quiz and logon to the desktop.
3. Attempt to access an application or website in the IE browser and note that the restrictions are active.
4. Verify that all of the browser settings are present with a value of 1 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions.
