Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine
Users are getting sporadic latency in SOA service calls. The services are Mediator based configured to be called by SSL and authenticated by AD username/password.
Users saw that during the time when the process is stuck, there is a hogging thread visible on the SOA Server’s thread monitoring screen.
It looks like the thread that is causing this delay is for the LDAP connection:
