WebCenter Content (WCC) Cluster Nodes set to Restart Automatically if First Start Fails (Doc ID 1616175.1)

Goal

WCC cluster is configured in node manager to bring up these managed servers automatically.  Nodemanager is starting all the WCC nodes, however,  only the first is getting through the start up and other/s fail.  How can this be resolved?
