Getting Warning Log Messages B3229 and B1261 in the GlassFish Message Queue Broker Logs (Doc ID 1616266.1)

Goal

Trying to determine if the errors seen in the broker logs 'warning log messages B3229 and B1261" point to normal behavior.
Background: Have a number of producers/consumers using the C-API to interact with GlassFish MQ broker queues.  The errors were seen following a restart of these client servers.
