Symptoms

When setting the Tuxedo ULOGMILLISEC environment variable, for changing the ULOG to use millisecond level timestamps, it prints per 10ms on HP-UX.  

Here after an ULOG sample:

123040.350.server!?proc.xxxxx.1.-2: test

123040.350.server!?proc.xxxxx.1.-2: test
123040.360.server!?proc.xxxxx.1.-2: test

Milliseconds timestamp always ended by a zero.
