Symptoms

When migrating documents with special characters in the original filename, the tool is encoding characters.

For example, the file and input file show:

\\machine\...\subdoc0\filename_10_v1_0[1].pdf

The file and input file should show:

\\machine\...\subdoc0\filename_10_v1_0[1].pdf
