Enterprise Capture Recognition Processor is not Separating Documents and "unindexed" Document Appears in Batch (Doc ID 1617033.1)

Symptoms

When processing batches in Recognition Processor, and performing Document Separation, there are documents which do not get separated.  For example, there are 2 documents in the batch.  The first document is called "unindexed" and the second document is "DOCUMENT1".
