Unable To View OIF Authentication Module Created for New IDP Provider (Doc ID 1617428.1)

Symptoms

 Navigate to oamconsole > System Configuration > Identity Federation > Identity Provider and create a new Identity Provider. Also click on the tab - "Create Authentication Module and Authentication Scheme" in this new Identity Provider screen. You will receive a success message indicating the module and scheme were created. Restart OAM Admin Server and login back to oamconsole and you will not see the newly created authentication module in UI. However the oam-config.xml file shows the new module.
