The procedure for excluding a group from Self Service Password Reset enrollment prompts at login requires that the customer remove anonymous access from the checkenrollment page and add a custom exclusion group  with deny file permissions. However users who are not in the exclusion group also no longer see an enrollment prompt after this is configured.
