Newly Installed Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 11.1.1.7.3 against WebLogic Server 10.3.6 shows state 'Failed' after first start of managed server (via nodemanager):

The Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) application cannot be accessed and is not running.
Trying to update the edq deployment fails with following error:
