After Applying a WCC Bundle Patch an Item's Document Info cannot be Viewed in the Content UI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying the Webcenter Content Bundle Patch, the User Interface page can be brought up and the content search results are displayed.
But when clicking one of the item links to view the document info, a new browser page comes up with an error message:
