DIS Windows Explorer Process Hung After Terminating the Citrix Session

Customer found that with DIS 11.1.6.x when the user log's off (or terminates their Citrix session) the DIS process (SWCNSEUI.dll) is not completely terminating. Customer reported that this was not a problem in the DIS .4 deployment.
