Asset link when deleting/approving does not work when accessed via asset's Inspect screen (Doc ID 1618245.1)

Symptoms

When deleting or approving an asset from that asset's Inspect screen, you are unable to follow the link to that asset in the subsequent delete/approval confirmation screen.
