Symptoms
Receiving an error when an Import Server email provider attempts to process the email message body using OIT. The error returned is:
01/15/14 13:59:02 1106 Importing Email Provider batch <USER@<Domain>.com>Wed, 15 Jan 2014 14:58:27 -0500 into batch <Batch_Name>
01/15/14 13:59:03 5116 Processing attachment #1 [<File_Name>.bmp].
01/15/14 13:59:04 1134 File is being processed with Oeutside In Technology.
01/15/14 13:59:04 1337 ***Error***Error occurred in OIT ExOpenExport. Error Number: 4, Error: no filter available for this file type
01/15/14 13:59:04 5139 The attachment [<File_Name>.bmp] was determined to be invalid.
01/15/14 13:59:03 5116 Processing attachment #1 [<File_Name>.bmp].
01/15/14 13:59:04 1134 File is being processed with Oeutside In Technology.
