Some Users are Not Able to Download From Document Explorer. Get 404 Page Not Found and "ALL: Path Not Found" in Logs (Doc ID 1618371.1)

Symptoms

The download button in Document Explorer is not working for some of the users.
When a user attempts to download a document in Document Explorer, the error "404 Page Not Found" is displayed.

The following trace is captured in the Spaces server's diagnostic log:

[WC_Spaces] [NOTIFICATION] [] [oracle.webcenter.content.internal.http.HttpServiceImpl] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <USERID>] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: webcenter#11.1.1.4.0] [URI: /webcenter/content/conn/<CONNECTION_NAME>/path/<REPOSITORY_NAME>/<FOLDER>/Public-Document/ New User account-<FILENAME>.doc] oracle.webcenter.content.internal.http.HttpServiceExceptionFactory getException[[ ALL: Path not found: http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter/content/conn/<CONNECTION_NAME>/path/<REPOSITORY_NAME>/<FOLDER>/Public-Document/<FILENAME>.doc


When WebCenter Content (WCC) "alert" tracing is turned on,  the follow message is printed:

alerts/<TIMESTAMP> IdcServer-5041 !csAlertTooManySecurityAttributes <USERNAME>57,Accounts,50

Changes

User could be granted permissions to more Spaces in WebCenter Portal or Accounts in WCC.
