ORA-12899 Error When Migrating Content From Folders_g To FrameWork Folders in WebCenter Content (WCC) 11g (Doc ID 1618390.1)

Symptoms

In the WebCenter Content (WCC) application, when performing the Folders_g to Framework Folders migration, if any content has a file name over 150 characters, the migration will fail. The following error will be seen in the WCC log file:

ORA-12899: value too large for column "DEV_OCS"."FOLDERFILES"."FFILENAME" (actual: 159, maximum: 150)
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "DEV_OCS"."FOLDERFILES"."FFILENAME" (actual: 159, maximum: 150).

Steps to replicate
------------------------------
1. Enable Folders_g and Framework Folders
2. Check in a piece of content to a Folders_g folder with a file name longer than 150 characters
3. Go to 'Administration' > 'Folders Migration'
4. Perform the folder migration
5. After it fails, go to the WCC log file and see the above mentioned error
