Goal

How can one set or limit the maximum number of sessions per User ID in WebLogic Server?

In WebLogic Server, we can limit the number of simultaneous HTTP sessions in the deployment descriptor for the Web application. For example, the following element in weblogic.xml sets a limit of 12 sessions:
