One of the bugs fixed in MLR2 for was retaining the folder location on check in similar after checking in a content item. We are still seeing the issue when the follow steps are taken:

  1. Check out an existing content item in a folder.
  2. Check in a new revision of the content item.
  3. Immediately click "Check In Similar"
  4. The folder location is being propagated as blank.

This is an issue we have been seeing for a while, and was supposed to be fixed in MLR2. It looks like it was fixed for some use cases but not for the the process outlined above.
