ODSEE - Cannot Connect to ODSEE11.1.1.7 Instance Through DSCC with Tomcat 7 on RH6.5 (Doc ID 1619194.1)

Setting up a new ODSEE11.1.1.7 instance on RHEL6.5 with Tomcat 7 and JDK 1.7.0up34 and running into DSCC problem.

Directory Server instance and DSCC both running on the same physical system, everything seems ok except whenever trying to register a new server instance through the DSCC getting the following error under the operational status:

Inaccessible (to enable access click on the server and then on ‘Enable Access’).

Regardless of going through the process, this is same error returns.
