WCI Common Notification Service Does Not Start (Doc ID 1619234.1)

Symptoms

The WebCenter Interaction (WCI) Common Notification Service does not start.

The CNS log file contains the following error stack trace:

Note that this issue only applies to Unix/Linux-based versions of the Common Notification Service. Windows versions of the Common Notification Service do not have this folder.
