Denied Action Triggered error message when accessing mobile site (Doc ID 1619336.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access an OAMMS secured webpage via mobile device, access is denied and the error logs show "The Denied Action is triggered". Accessing the same page via desktop throws no error. OAM logs show the following error messages:

 

01-03 04:44:30.844: W/DefaultRequestDirector(899): Authentication error: Unable to respond to any of these challenges: {}
01-03 04:44:30.844: D/oracle.idm.mobile.util.OMConnectionHandler_parseResponse(899): The status of the response is : 401
01-03 04:44:30.844: D/oracle.idm.mobile.OMAuthenticationServiceManager_doInBackground(899): The Denied Action is triggered
01-03 04:44:30.844: D/oracle.idm.mobile.OMAuthenticationServiceManager_doInBackground(899): oracle.idm.mobile.OMMobileSecurityException: The Denied Action is triggered
01-03 04:44:30.844: D/oracle.idm.mobile.OMAuthenticationServiceManager_doInBackground(899): at oracle.idm.mobile.util.OMConnectionHandler.parseResponse(OMConnectionHandler.java:697
