A Blank Screen is Displayed for /dc-client After Entering Credentials in Capture (Doc ID 1619889.1)

Symptoms

Within the Enterprise Capture 11.1.1.8 dc-client page, a blank screen is displayed after entering the username and password.  The title bar and options are displayed, but there are no batches or related 
information.  The following was captured in the java console log:
