Request Approval Fails when Request Assigned to Group with Non-ASCII Symbols (Doc ID 1620066.1)

Symptoms

Human Task in a BPEL Process is not able to process a request which has been assigned to a OIM Group.
If group has non-ascii symbols in group name, a user who is member of this group can't open the request.
The following error is generated:

[Security:090398]Invalid Subject: principals=[100002, usr_arm, Администратор АРМ ГТ Самара, ALL USERS]

Request without non-ascii symbols works fine.
