DIS with Metadata Prompt: Default Metadata Missing when Folder Is Dragged and Dropped (Doc ID 1620129.1)

When using Desktop Integration Suite, Windows Explorer Integration (DIS-WEI) to drag and drop a folder of content items into a Framework Folder within WebCenter Content (WCC), the content items do not inherit the default metadata of the folder.

Steps to recreate the issue:

A folder is created and metadata values are set on the folder through Edit -> Metadata Values.  The folder is also set with "Prompt for Metadata" enabled.

When you drag a content item into this folder through DIS-WEI, the popup metadata form is displayed, and the default values on the form are the same as what you set on the folder.

However, when you drag in a folder containing content through DIS-WEI, the popup metadata form is displayed, but the default values on the form are not what you set on the folder.
