Goal

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Migration

DSCC Unable to Manage LDAP Instances (Register, Start, Stop or Restart)

When upgrading the DSCC from 7.0 to 11g (via the generated WAR file) web instance to DSEE11, you may not be able to manage (start, stop, restart) the registered LDAP instances. When trying to restart, there was an error saying that "Could not contact agent on host. Use the command cacaoadm to check that Common Agent Container is installed and running on port XXX."

In addition,  unable to register any new / existing LDAPs. The DSCC port dropdown was just blank. Giving similar errors as mentioned above.
