Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
AQ adapter in OSB picking up messages without the colon between hour and minutes. After upgrade of OSB from 11.1.1.5 to version 11.1.1.7 the  AQ adapter was picking up the messages with a time format where the colon is missing between hour and minutes.

OSB Assign action fails updating variable "ProcessTaskInput": com.bea.wli.common.xquery.XQueryException: Error parsing XML: {err}XP0021: "2013-12-02T08:00:00.000+0200": can not cast to {http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema}dateTime: error: date: Invalid date value: 2013-12-02T08:00:00.000+0200”

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Picking up messages using AQ adapter that contain a database field of type DATE.

2. A proxy service picks up the message and a XQuery transformation is been done.

3. Using the below XQuery:

4. Line fn-bea:dateTime-to-string-with-format("dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss",xs:dateTime($wFMREQUEST_T1/INSERT_DATE)) is trying to cast $wFMREQUEST_T1/INSERT_DATE to xs:dateTime. In order to cast the date into xs:dateTime the timezone must have a colon ---> +02:00. This will fail

The AQ adapter in 11.1.1.5 was parsing the time with the colon in timezone and the casting was successful.
