How to Change the Default Subject of the Approval Email Notification?

This document provides the steps needed to update the email notification subject. This is the same content which is displayed as the Task Title in the Inbox or Pending Approvals page.
For example, the email notifications sent for the Request Approval or Provisioning tasks have a subject like "Action Required: Default request level approval for Request ID xxxx" or "Action Required: Provision DisconnectedResourceABC to xx for Beneficiary TESTUSER".
