Video Digital Asset is Converted using Digital Asset Manager, but is not Being Returned From IBR (Doc ID 1620967.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Digital Asset Management

When attempting to convert videos using WebCenter Content 10g, Inbound Refinery 10g, and Flip Factory version 7.2, Conversion succeeds from the Flip Factory and Inbound Refinery standpoint, but when clicking on the information tab for the video in the content server it states that the conversion is not done as per the following:

Conversion Error:

The refinery provider could not return the job, the job is not done


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send Video to be converted
2. Conversion takes a long time but completes from the Flip Factory and Inbound Refinery point of view


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their video which was checked in
