CHILD POPUP APPEARS BEHIND PARENT POPUP IN IE 8 - FOCUS STILL IN PARENT POPUP

Symptoms
When trying to open a popup from another popup using "<af:showPopupBehavior", the new popup is opening behind the current shown popup.
A child popup modal dialog displayed on top of a parent popup modal dialog does not receive the input focus when being displayed in the IE browser. The
parent popup dialog continues to receive keyboard events until the user places focus on the child dialog using the mousepointer. The user is able to
dismiss the parent dialog via the escape key while the child dialog remains visible.
If the sample application deployed on integrated weblogic (10.3.5) then no issues. But the issue is happening when we deploy the application on weblogic 10.3.6.
