Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.0.0 to 11.1.2.1.0 [Release 11g]
Oracle Web Services Manager - Version 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 [Release 11gR1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Oracle Identity Manager and/or Oracle Access Manager (11.1.2.0/11gR2 or 11.1.2.1.0/11gR2PS1) is installed.
These releases install Oracle Platform Security Services (OPSS) patch 13591235, and with 11.1.2.1.0 also patch 15894053.

Here, even though the OAM or OIM version is an 11gR2 version, the shipped OWSM version is still 11.1.1.6.

Problem: OWSM patch 16262532 cannot be applied.
